DESCRIPTION: The purple shrimp is an HO product frozen on board, with different calibers: A1 – A2 – A3 – A4 – A5 – A6.
CAPTURE: The capture area is the divisions: 37.1.3: SARDINIA SEA & 37.2.2: IONIAN SEA.
NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
- Shrimp should be stored at (-18°C).
- Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
- The expiry date is 24 months from the date of freezing
- Allergens: Shellfish, Sulphites
- Ingredients: Violette shrimps, Antioxidants: Sodium metabisulphite (E-223), Sodium Corbate (E-301), Sodium Citrates (E-331) and Citric Acid (E-330), Stabilizer: Diphosphates (E-450).
