DESCRIPTION: Fished according to the rule book: at the heart of the gulf of Tunisia. The wild shrimps of Tunisia evolve in an exceptional marine environment which confers them unique organoleptic qualities. 

CAPTURE: The capture area is the divisions: 37.1.3: SARDINIA SEA & 37.2.2: IONIAN SEA 

NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS: 

• Shrimp should be stored at (-18°C). 

• Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours 

• The deadline for consumption is 24 months from the date of freezing.

  • Allergens: Sulphites 
  • Ingredients: Tiger Shrimp, Antioxidant compounds: Sodium metabisulfite (E-223), Sodium corbate (E-301), Sodium citrates (E-331) and Citricacid (E-330), StabilizerMaterial: Diphosphates (E-450).
