Shrimp Burger

DESCRIPTION: The shrimp burger is a burger consisting of pink shrimp, which is breaded, fried and frozen. It is 100% Mediterranean cooked and frozen product. 

CAPTURE: The capture zone is the divisions: 37.1.3: SARDINIA SEA & 37.2.2: IONIAN SEA. 

NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS 

  • Burgers should be stored at (-18°C). 
  • Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours 
  • Fry the frozen product. 
  • The deadline for consumption is 18 months from the date of freezing. 

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS 

 Allergens: Sulphite,  Gluten 

 Ingredients: Pink Shrimps, rice flour, pea protein, starch, salt, thickener (E461, E460), stabilizer (E576), acidity regulator (E500), aromatic plants (including garlic, persil); spices; Natural flavor; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (or E301); Wheat flour, yeast, dextrose, flour treatment agent E300.
