DESCRIPTION: The sweet tasting meat and buttery flavor place this deep-sea scampi in a league of their own. Our premium Mediterranean scampi are arguably the first in the world, and sold to the most demanding customers. CAPTURE: This type of scampi originates from TUNISIA. It is a wild capture by trawl nets and Its capture area is the divisions: 37.1.3: SARDINIA SEA & 37.2.2: IONIAN SEA.

 NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS 

  •  Langoustines must be kept at (-18°C). 
  • Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours 
  • The expiry date is 24 months from the date of freezing
 INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS 

  • Allergens: Shellfish, Sulphites 
  • Ingredients:  Scampi,  Antioxidants: Sodium metabisulphite(E-223), Sodium Corbate (E-301), Sodium Citrates (E-331) and Citric Acid (E-330),  Stabiliser: Diphosphates (E-450).
