Argentinian Red Shrimp PD Tail ON

DESCRIPTION: Argentine Red shrimp are an incredible wild caught shrimp from the south Atlantic. It has a wonderful flavor, texture, and visual appeal It has a dense texture with sweet, buttery lobster like flavor. The meat when cooked is bright white with brilliant red coloring. 

CAPTURE: The capture zone is the divisions: 41 : ATLANTIC, SUDOCCIDENTAL. 

NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS 

• Shrimps should be stored at (-18°C). 

• Once thawed, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours 

• To be consumed after cooking. 

• The deadline for consumption is 18 months from the date of freezing
